• Details of the vehicle and the repair work you're asking about — including any photos you choose to send.
• Basic communication history (messages, calls and emails) so we can serve you properly.

We don't collect payment card details through this website. We don't run trackers or third-party advertising cookies.

We use the information you give us to:

• Reply to your enquiry and provide a quote.
• Arrange and carry out the repair work you ask us to.
• Keep simple records of the work we've done in case you need a follow-up.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to in order to deal with your job, and basic records of completed work for up to 6 years (in line with normal UK business record-keeping). You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we'll do so where we're not legally required to keep them.
